Description:
This app's target is to provide a cool way to lock the device along with some security. For that purpose the device CANNOT be unlocked without the correct code. It's really important to remember the pattern you entered at it's startup. I recomend performin a backup before installing this app. This app is provided 'As Is' and I take now responsibility of possible harm or lost of data derived from it's use.
Prerequisites:
- WM 5.0 / WM 6 / WM 6.1 device.
- .Net CF 2.0 or 3.5 installed.
- 1 MB of storage space.
- 1 MB of free memory.
- Will work on any device screen! It's tested to work in qVGA, wqVGA,VGA and wVGA.
- 3D effect will only work on Samsung or HTC GSensor enabled devices.

Instalation:
Copy the CAB file to your device and execute it from there ;). Then softreset. You will see some new shortcuts in Start Menu > Programs.
Configuration:
There's a tool called "ThrottleLock Settings" at StartMenu > Programs where you can configure how ThrottleLock works.
The most important ones are the lock automatically and Idle time before lock that will make the device lock when ever you turnoff the device and the timeout is reached.
Important:
In the config dialog you must click the top right OK button to save the changes. The exit soft key just exit the application without saving.
Skins:
The app is fully skinable. You can easyly develop new skins by copying the Default skin to another folder inside the skins folder and replacing the png graphics with the ones you like. You can also change font's and spacings by modifying skin.xml file.
Also the app suports multilanguaje. Spanish, English, French, German and Swedish translations are included (though the configuration tool is only available in english at the moment)... To translate the app to your languaje just copy the texts.txt file to a file called texts_XXX.txt where XXX is the 3 chars ISO code for your languaje and then translate the texts inclued in that file. Respect the line orders and cariage returns, also take care to keep the UTC16 encoding. If you have a translation file and want to share it don't heistate posting it at the forum! I will include it in further releases.

- Battery metter.
- Now runs on background. The app will keep running on background after the first start up so the locking is almost automatic. You can place a shortcut on \Windows\Startup so that your device locks even when startup (more secure). To allow freeing memory the app will respond to Hibernate message performing a full close, this will happend only if the device is not locked when resources are requested.
- Some bugs solved like two instances startup or graphical issues when voice mail or MMS where present (i forget to attach the png's for this last two cases X-D).
- Included German and Swedish translations. (thanks to aldur and T-dome).

- Fullscreen (can be disabled throught config.xml mod).
- Tittle bar to display time and missedcalls, sms, mms, mails and voicemail notifications (can also be disabled through config.xml).
- Startup time improvements (still it's not automatic).
- VGA compatibility mode. Will display correctly qVGA themes (like the default one) on VGA devices by using a x2 scaling.
- Answering calls should be possible by using the answer button, or by clicking on answer on the screen on the bottom left when call is taking place.

Good idea but phone calls STILL lock up in stand by and sometimes calls don't even appear or ring! Like many other custom lock programs, they don't allow alarms to appear over the lock screen and become a REAL PAIN MORE THAN A CONVENIENCE! Grrr... I wish these issues would be fixed because otherwise, this IS the most awesome screen-password lock program and if you don't need an alarm, please give it a try! Thanks dev. and XDA-DEV ROCKZ!!!

Good software love the app check the developers page for updates when i wrote this there had already been three updates more than what is shown here.... Software updated pretty frequently and lots of support.
