The dialog style has the same appereance like the Microsoft Windows XP Shutdown dialog.

How do I install this software?
Download the shutdown.zip to your desktop PC, then extract the files. You will find several .CAB files, for each language and CPU one.
If you have a Pocket PC 2002 device you can use f.e. the ENG shutdown.arm.cab file. Copy this with ActiveSync to your device. On the device click on it in the file explorer. The setup procedure will start only on the device!

Product does work as advertized, but if use Pocket PC in landscape mode it resets the layout to portrait mode. Excellent product nonetheless.

This utility is great, I use it so much that when I did a hard reset and forgot to reinstall it, I kept on goting to my start menu looking for the shut down logo!!

I've been looking for a freeware with soft reset and power off bundle together. I've been to lots of sites. Found no ones which would satisfied me. Finally I got what I want. This is it. I've only one word to say. "Excellent!" Just my 2 cents. It would be better if soft + hard reset come along with the power off.

Excellent! Saves the embarrassment of using the reset button while other people are watching! Also allows you to reset the device while it's in a cradle, or on the folding keyboard.
