Main new features are:

Emulation speed tricks
If a game runs too slow try this:
- Free as much memory as you can on PPC device
- Increase screen refresh rate in the Video options menu
- Try disabling Z80 emulation (some games *require* Z80 emulation to run and hang if Z80 is disabled. If your cart doesn't hangs with Z80 disabled you should see a great speed improvement

Installation instructions:
Just connect your CE device to the desktop PC and copy the pocketgenesis.exe file to your device. PocketGenesis for IPAQ requires GAPI library from Microsoft to work. You can download the library from www.pocketpc.com.

Copy the required GX.DLL into the "Windows" directory of your Pocket PC. Roms should be placed in My documents folder.

Virtual joystick
There is an "invisible" virtual joystick emulated on PocketGenesis. This is necessary in order to avoid the "two simultaneous button press" problem of the iPAQ.
To use the virtual joystick:
- In Normal video mode
  Tap stylus on bottom left of screen: A
  Tap stylus on bottom center of screen: A+B
  Tap stylus on bottom right of screen B
- In Landscape video mode
  Tap stylus on right top of screen: A
  Tap stylus on right center of screen: A+B
  Tap stylus on right bottom of screen B

A great emulator that is simply ideal for the Pocket PC. The native Genesis resolution is best fit with the 320x240 display. And the lack of buttons (just A/B/C and start) on Genesis makes most games a natural fit on the PPC. Unfortunately, the beta2 has bug and won't work in landscape mode. I encourage everyone to get the beta1 on the website as the landscape mode works. If the emulator supports sound, it would have been excellent!
