pBar is able to override the behaviour of the "X" button just like other task managers. In addition, there are a couple of handy shortcuts found on the popup menu. You can even add shortcuts of a couple of your frequently accessed applications to the menu. In short, this freeware is a speedy little task manager that offers many handy shortcuts which really make it worth checking out.

- Rotate: rotate screen (WM2003SE, WM2005).
- Soft reset.
- Add Exceptions: Add current program to exception list, when you tap on [X] button, it doesn't close.
- Add Favorites: Add current program to Favorite. When you check in Show favorites menu, in popup menu has icons and shortcut to your favorite programs.
- Exit pBar: exit pBar if you want to.

Fantastic program! I have tried many task managers (4 or 5) this by far the best. Love the favorites and exception features. Easy to use. Sometimes it closes and loses all my settings/favorites and the like. It might be operater error since it does when im in settings. Is possible to save settings on card (or what folder/file are they sored? A little helpful hint: if you want to assign a hard button for popup menu then make short cut of exe file and put it in start menu, then the program will be listed in the button settings(only tested on WM6). Works well on WM5, except a bug that if I have too many programs active, and open up the Pbar task window, it shuts off my pda, and locks me out (fails to boot back up sucessfuly) until it's pluged in to main power supply. I have never encountered this problem before I installed Pbar, so am certain its to do with this. Other than this somewhat annoying problem, this task manager is everything I have needed... Just a shame this stops me using it to its full potential.
