iContact is designed to be an all-inclusive finger-friendly contact manager for Windows Mobile Pocket PC phones. It's no secret that it's taken design cues from "other devices".

This program started out with larna's open-source iContact v0.6, and ran with it!

iContact v0.8 will not work with Windows Mobile 2003 or non-phone devices. Don't try to install it.

I think the program works great. I have no usability issues and it's much more fluid than the standard WM6 contact list. I have no problems with call history either. It's great

I have the same problem. Maybe we should've read the description more thoroughly- it says not to download if it's not a phone. I'm guessing that it's because there isn't any call history or something like that. How did you get it back to normal? And why did one of the previous versions work? (I think it was .5, it didn't have any shortcuts, and you had to go into programs to run it). I'd very much like a working non-phone version, if you don't mind.

Very nice. Sleek look and very finger friendly. This has made using my phone easy and convenient since I don't have to pull out my stylus every time I want to call someone or call the wrong person.

I' M AFRAID IT'S DANGEROUS. It broke up all shortcuts (and hardbuttons) of my Contacts and set new target towards iContacts. It was very difficult to repair this, because after uninstallation the wrong target remains.
