Free LetterPAL is designed as a communication technology for aiding communication impaired individuals.
Features include:
- A Large input button for ease of use when selecting a character
- Cycling alphanumeric sequence (A-Z, 0-9, DELETE, SPACE)
- Output area for displaying text located at the top
- PC version is also included in the download called DeskLetterPAL (use SPACE, RETURN, or ENTER for selection)
The target platform is the Pocket PC computing device.
The technologies utilized in creating this software are Embedded Visual C++ 3.0 from the Microsoft Embedded Visual Tools suite, the Pocket PC Software Development Kit, and the Pocket PC emulator that comes with the Pocket PC Software Development Kit.
The software is available for PocketPCs running on SH3, ARM, and MIPS chips.
The PC version, DeskLetterPAL, operates just like the PocketPC version and requires use of only the RETURN or ENTER or SPACEBAR key .
