Description:
This program allows the user to turn off the display on a Windows Powered Device, allowing the system to conserve power and at the same time remain operational.
This helps the mobile user to use her device for more time, especially on operations where the display is not needed (e.g when listening to music). The user, by pressing a hardware button can turn on the display again.

I installed this program. Then hit the button on the screen to turn off screen. No way to get ppc to turn back on. I even tried uninstalling the program.

Works well with the Mio 168. I wanted a utility that would shut off the display (though tap on screen icon but button is better) and needed brief push on power button the switch back on (didn't want screen tap as gps often carried in pocket & screen easily knocked). This fits the bill (almost!!!) perfectly. when used with TTN5 it locks up when power button pressed & requires a soft reset.

Great program, able to do what it says, although when assigning it to record button, when i press the record button the display turn off, but when i release the button the display comes back, don't know why.

Works great... Does what it says. If you could tap screen to make it come on it would happen too easily... Good software.

Okay if you want to assign to a button. If you turn off via the exe, there is no easy way to turn back on without using the power button. Needs to be aware of hitting the screen to turn on.
