Hello users... I have convert a MPEG file to an Avi file so it could be put on my PPC but when I played it, I got a message that the buffer rate for this video is too small, I could only watch but no sounds??? what can I do??? Please HELP!!! Is there an adjustments??? of anything??? thanks

I've tried a few media players and I'd say this one is the second best. It has a very nice interface and if you use it with the encoder software, you can make stripped down avi files that'll play decently. If not, you'll be watching slideshows. However, TCPMP doesn't suffer the same fate, so I'd have to rate it number 1. If the next version of Sompy (or any media player)could be made to first decompress the entire video file and store it on an external card, I think performance would improve drastically.

What a day. first, I tried to put the divx player. Not only it didnt work for any file, it didn't want to uninstall, and all my files are still associated to it :( and now this sompy player with a directdraw device error. Is there any hope?
