Description:
A stand-alone, light-weight application that accesses the BBC iPlayer, ITV Player, Hulu, Five On Demand and MSN Video services directly - eliminating the requirement for a (flash-enabled) mobile browser.
Works with any QVGA, VGA or WVGA device running Windows Mobile 6.0 or higher (see the additional requirements below).

- Extensive TV feed index: thousands of live TV feeds from around the globe.
- Live Radio stations: a selection of BBC broadcasts.
- Custom TV / Radio stations: add your favourites.
- Search History: tracks the most recent searches for easy access.
- Keyboard navigation: touch screen is NOT a requirement (although can still be used if preferred).
- VLC server hook: option to stream via a media server running VLC* to overcome connectivity issues (eg. blocked ports, non-UK region, etc.).
- myPlayer streaming service: preconfigured VLC connectivity.
** HTC's bundled StreamingPlayer should also work for the BBC iPlayer content on faster devices (for example the HTC Touch HD).
The application has initially be developed and tested on an HTC Kaiser (TyTN II) but it should be compatible with most Windows Mobile 6.0 devices. It has recently been updated to support a wide range of resolutions: VGA, WVGA, etc.
Requirements:
- Works with any QVGA, VGA or WVGA device running Windows Mobile 6.0 or higher.
- The .NET CF v2.0 (come with WM 6 and above as standard).
- An internet connection that is UK based (or media server running VLC* that resolves a UK address).
* Please install VLC version 1.0.1 to use this feature (for full details on the VLC implementation please read this post or watch the video demonstration).
Note:
Whilst streaming video this application will use a considerable amount of bandwidth - please ensure you use it via an unlimited data policy.

If you are using CorePlayer, please make sure that the "Prefer UDP streaming" option is disabled by selecting "Menu -> Tools -> Settings..." and then "Select Page -> Network". The "Prefer UDP streaming" check box will need to be unchecked / unticked.
