This program is developed for mobile health care professionals who seek medical information when away from their desktop computers.

Note:
MD on Tap is designed for PPCs with a screen resolution of 240W x 320H. Although it will run on the Windows Mobile square-screen smartphones, such as the Treo 700, you will not see the bottom portion of the tabs.

v2.1:

- Results Tab may be viewed in Summary or Title mode.

- The user can select the PubMed search engine (default) or the new experimental Essie search engine, developed at NLM.
- There is an Automatic Spell-Check option. The actual search terms are displayed at the bottom of the search tab.
- Name change from PubMed on Tap to MEDLINE Database on Tap, aka MD on Tap.

- The full text link-out icon is green for free full text links.
- Error messages are more meaningful.

- When PMoT is started, the Search and Profile settings are set from your last search.
- There is an option to cluster results by clinical relevance recommended in Evidence Based medicine.
- The Search tab defaults to 50 results. 20 and 40 results are also available if you need quicker response times.
