Description:
Pencil Box is an extremely light and simple drawing tool for your Pocket PC.
It does not have tons of features, however, it allows to create really nice pictures, quick and easy!
Pencil Box consist of only necessary things: eight pencils, eraser and canvas to draw on. Try it out - maybe it will become you favorite!
Oh, forgot to say - Pencil Box is ABSOLUTELY FREE!
How to use Pencil Box:
First of all, you need to install Pencil Box into PocketPC. The installation process is easy - just follow onscreen instructions. After installation, open Programs group in you Pocket PC and tap Pencil Box icon. The program will load and you'll see canvas and the following items:
- 8 pencils: Tap a pencil you want to draw. The active pencil moves above the others, so you always can see what pencil is active.
- Eraser: Tap eraser to activate it. When active, eraser will move itself left-right-up-down. To deactivate eraser, tap a pencil.
- Clear canvas icon: To clear canvas, tap this icon. You will be asked for confirmation.
- Exit icon: Tap the red exit button to exit application
Important note:
Pencil Box automatically saves the canvas to bitmap (BMP) file. The file is named as "PencilBox.bmp" and stored in "My Documents" folder on your Pocket PC. Whenever you need to access, copy or rename that file, you should use your favorite File Explorer and go to My Documents - the Pencil Box canvas is always there.

Wow it is great!! I can use my pda as a drawing paper!!:) It is colourful instead of using colour pencil thks XD.

Sounds great... really ! But doesn't function properly on SGH-i900. All buttons are stucked in a corner... and soft-reset is necessary to quit. Dommage, sounds really great !

As a starving artist I have found this quite useful when and idea strikes me. You can get very detailed with a little practice. I used it to sketch an idea for a landscaping quote... Excellent!

Easy, qick, and fun. Doodle mashine.For me it is easier to draw with the pen then use the mouse.And after I read the instuctions here again I even discovered one can save the images.Very enjoyable!

Colours didn't show up correctly on my iPaq, and lines were far too faint to see. Otherwise OK, but not really usable for my purposes.

Good program. Would be better if you can change the thickness of the lines that you draw.
