Description:
Pocket WaterWorks is a Pocket PC port of the popular Java Water Works Applet.
This "water" simulator will keep you occupied for hours on end.
You create paths just by tapping the screen with your stylus.
You can pour colored water, erase holes, and mix everything up.
Plus, for an extra twist, activate the "Liquify" option to instantly melt all solid matter on the screen.
Pocket WaterWorks currently is only available for Pocket PC ARM devices, and requires GAPI to run.

Fun to use, but as the author himself notes it is more like sand than water: it models gravity but not pressure (you can't make the "water" flow round a U-bend for instance, no matter how much water is piled up behind it.

An interesting distraction, but the program seems to have a memory leak. If left running for an hour the framerate slowly drops and then the machine ceases to respond.

This is an absolutely fantastic peice of software. I just sat in my room for a whole hour playing with it. At first the controls take abit of playing about with but it's great. In an EXE format that you can just load onto the PDA. This guy and his programming team need a big cookie!
