Description:
Notes CE is a free application for Pocket PC's, and it's a clone of Windows Notepad, via a very strange route.

You can open, save, and edit basic text files. It's a hell of a lot better than using Pocket Word (although to be honest, Pocket Word isn't that bad).

Currently, it's got a few different things in it that you won't find in Notepad.
