It has the following features:
- Contents Tree.
- Index List (With Also See).
- Search.
- Handles Multiple CHM Files (Container CHM files for book shelves).
- Custom Open File dialog box, so CHM files can be stored any where on your device.
- Only extracts the files needed for each page being displayed.
- Will open large CHM files (> 6Mb).
- Option to save internal data for each CHM file to speed up loading of the file in future.

Update Description:
v2.0.14:
- Just one bug fix - CHMReader was not catching an execption when attempting to create a new CultureInfo object for the CHM File.

- CHMReader now only shows one entry in the Task List, and when selected should take you to the top most window.

- The context menu for the HTML Viewer has been enabled so that text can be selected and copyed.
- A new option has been added to allow you to control if the temp files should be deleted automatically after a topic is closed. If you do not delete the temp files, it can speed up the loading of other topics as they do not need to be re-extact common files, but it uses more meomory.
- A new option has been added to allow you to define the temp directory.
- A new version of the WebBrowser wrapper code has been used.
- Loading progress status has been added.

I agree it takes a while to initially load and parse the book but after that it was sweet. To be fair it was a 17Mb CHM file, so I thought it was acceptable delay for free software. If it hadn't have been for the 'fit to screen' and change text size options, I'd have dumped it. These make it so much easier to read your book. It would be even better if there was a full screen view(no scroll bars or other widgets), like AdobeReader for PPC. All in all, very useful and very helpful, thank you!!

It worked great. It takes sometime to load the book, but works fine after that. It had some issues when reading glossary pages at end of book (maybe hyperlinking got it confused). The rest of the book was fine.
