I had a similar problem with the installation failing. Eventually I forced an install with the CAB and INI files from the install directory. It appears something might have been named incorrectly.

This software looks interesting, and as a teacher, I was hoping that I might be able to use my e800 as a daily lesson planner or task master. But the install program has failed on each attempt. The program is very large because the developer has included the sql and .net compact framework for ppc with it. As MS has released a third service pack for .net I was reluctant to let this system reinstall the runtimes. The PPC installer crashed with an error each time. Hope to see the issue resolved as the program looks really neat.
