CVSWm is the Windows Mobile version of the popular Canadian Vechicle Specs program for the desktop PC distributed by the Canadian Association of Technical Accident Investigators & Reconstructionists (CATAIR). CVSWm contains all of the features and data found on the desktop version but stored in your pocket. As with the desktop version, you can elect to view the output in Metric or Imperial units. CVSWm is fully compatible with Pocket PC Operating Systems 3.0 to Windows Mobile 5.
A new feature to CVSWm v2.1 enables you to store all the database definition files on a Secure Digital (SD) or Compact Flash (CF) media card, or anywhere else on your Pocket PC, and create the databases as you need them. And we have made it easier to use by eliminating the navigation buttons when selecting a vehicle make and model. Simply tap on the vehicle make and it takes you to the vehicle model screen. Tap on a vehicle model and the data is instantly displayed.
Also added to CVSWm v2.1 is the print file feature that creates a formatted text file in the Windows Mobile/Pocket PC device's "\My Documents\" folder that can be printed using print utilities like PrintPocketPC and PrintBoy. CVSWm v2.1 is designed with the new Windows Mobile 5 look and feel and is fully menu driven.
