No problem while using Webby on my PPC, it's just excellent. I've tried Opera Mobile, Minimo, but Webby is the best.

Simply super! What IE should have been. So lite and easy to install and browses like a breez.

I have been noticing an annoying problem: when typing in information into fields, the characters are slow to update and I can almost never get a password typed in correctly the first time (the lag between hiting a character and when it updates in a password field can be as much as 6 seconds). This doesn't happen in PIE. I am leaving my rating high because the gesture method is awesome!

Excellent program. Fast. Simple. Little impact on the limited PDA resources. Alternate viewing capabilities have made it work on almost all websites, unlike most other browsers. It is my browser of choice.

Does webby work with i6315? I installed from the CAB file on the device itself.

I absolutely love it. Installation was easy. Finally firefox on my PDA. Added bonus was websites I couldn't view on IE I can see thru skweezer and google mobile. Can't wait for single click tabs though.

After installing using the cab install method (I don't think cab support is built into Windows Mobile; I believe I had to install that separately using freeware on this site but not too sure that is necessary with WM5 or WM 2003), my opinion is that this is a great browser (compared to PIE and Minimo). PIE doesn't have tabs. This is a major shortcoming for me (if you've ever used Firefox, there is no going back to non-tabbed browsing). Minimo has tabs but the tabs use up screen space (not to mention Minimo runs way too slow to be useful). Initially, I didn't like the tabs method used in Webby (requires two taps: one to open list of tabs and one to select) but the more I used it, the more I realized this method preserves precious screen space! In fact, you don't need a fullscreen view because it used the screen very efficiently. If it were possible to pull up the tabs list with a tap-hold that might be nice (or set up buttons to tab through the tabs list). Finally, effective tabbed browsing on the Pocket PC. Thank you! I have been waiting for this.

Decent start, but needs work. You can see the Pocket IE status bar underneath the Webby status bar when loading a page. Installation only works if saving .cab directly to PocketPC. Keep working on it. It has potential. I'll wait for now.

Excellent!! Works great on my WM5 Qtek 9100. I installed direct from the CAB file on the device and it worked first time. Forget the default Microsoft browser or Minimo - get this.

Very good response from the developer. To make it easier, you should install the .cab file directly on your PDA. If you want to download the .cab file of this program, click on this link which she gave me: http://www.users.tpg.com.au/lordf/anoriginalidea/downloadwebby.htm

This is not a review, but a reply to the comment by KG. This issue was not to do with Webby and has been resolved. Take a look at the support forums at http://www.anoriginalidea.com

Looks like a great program but it doesn't install. It says I need .NET 2.0 which I do. I tried reparing .NET 2.0 but still the same message ("This setup requires the .NET Framework version 2.0.50215...")
