KAWARA is an Intenet news (NNTP) viewer for Windows CE. It is off-line viewer, so you can download log at your home or your company, you can read it when you want to. If you use ActiveSync, you can sync log files between CE and your desktop computers.
KAWARA can get news standalone, too. You get news only CE devices. No desktop needed. If you copy news log from your desktop to CE and read it, you will be happy if you use this soft. :-)
