Description:
BlueStarter is a Windows Mobile tool to automatically start an application when a configured bluetooth device is discovered.
Features:
- Starts an application on bluetooth device discovery.
- Easy Bluetooth device selection.

- Test option using the test button.
- 2 search modes: on a timed event or on wake up (power button pressed).
Usage examples:
- Start you GPS navigaton software when GPS mouse is switched on.
- Start Activesync when PC bluetooth device is discovered.
- Start your own application at Bluetooth device discovery.
Install and Config steps:
- Copy te cab and install.
- Start BlueStarter.
- Select bluetooth device from the drop down list.
- Set application path and name.
- Optionally set application arguments.
- Press Save to store this configuration.
- Press Test to see if the application starts when bluetooth device is discoverd.
- Press Menu: Interval Config to select the search mode; timed event, on wake up (power button pressed) or switch off interval checking.
- Press Save to store this configuration.
Known Issues:
- 'Timed interval' checking may not work in combination with some programs like for example PocketShield.
- When the program is searching for the bluetooth device the 'hour glass' is shown for some seconds.
- An Error message could be shown ("program not found") when the Interval config is not disabled before deinstalling the Bluestarter. Reinstall and switch off interval checking the deinstall will be done correctly.
BlueStarter is free of charge and tested on Windows Mobile 6 devices using .NET Compact Framework 2.0.
