Application loaded, but didn't appear in foreground when launched form Start Menu at Today Screen. Came to foreground on attempt to uninstall with Add/Remove. Closed multiple instances and now launching in foreground without problems. Uninstalled it anyway. Not as useful to me as I had thought.
