You can specifiy the initial time where counting begins. Maximum count is 365 days, 23 hours, 59 minutes and 59 seconds.

For counting down, you can optionally have a sound played when zero is reached.

The app itself is fine, but the font it uses gets picked up by other applications - such as the welcome screens and PocketIRC. I suspect this is bad coding on those apps' part, but still something to keep in mind.

This program is great, except that it only counts when the device is turned on!! If you turn off the device, it stops counting, resuming only when you start the device again. This is not good if you want to count long periods of time. Back to the drawing board for this one.

When a coutdown is started and you leave the programme the coutdown stops and everything is set back to zeros! So there is no countdown for 365 days unless u only use your PDA for the countdown for 365 days, so do not bother downloding it it is a waste of time!
