Description:
Emprunt is a loan simulator. It is quite home loan focuses, but can be used fo all types of loans, as the Somme ŕ emprunter (loan amount) allows direct entry. Relatively complete, it takes the personal contribution, calculates the notary charges, the cost of credit and the total cost/loan amount ratio.
The Salaire (Salary) tab lets you esitmate your borrowing capacity, taking 1 or 2 salaries into account, or an expected increase or decrease in your income.
It's a shame that the program doesn't let you save the different loan simulations, which would make comparisons easier.
Installation:
There is no installation program. You have to copy the Emprunt.exe to your Pocket PC and create a shortcut. The program works on a storage card.
Uninstallation:
If you want to deinstall Emprunt, first go to File-Uninstall, this removes the Registry entries created. Then, manually remove the Emprunt.exe file and the shortcut.
Note:
The program is in French, so a knowledge of French financial terms would be handy when using the program.
