Yes, the program works, but to a small degree. Astrology is a "suedo-science", and therefore this application is useless. If you're very bored, you can use this just as a gag, but there isn't any real guarantees here, contradictary to common belief.

Can only rate it as fair now due to the missing or malfunctionaing documentation / help file. All attempts to contact author have failed.
