Misssing options:
- not optimized (like standard CE explorer : speed loading)
- no favorites yet
- no find files yet
- bad icon on : dll, default exe, default file

Granted options:
- cut/copy and paste on highlighted text and files
- many windows for many explorating
- multi selection on : properties, delete, create shortcut, copy/paste
- choice beetween differents view and sorts icon-files (small icons, large icons, by name, by date, by type, by size)
- menu and popup menu
- resizing for the virtual keyboard
- execute : exe file, exe in shortcut, files associated and files associated in shortcut
- parent dir option, create directory
- save current settings on close

Tested on IPAQ 3760. (Pocket PC 2002)

Installation notes:
Just copy files in any place of your PocketPC (e.g : \\My Documents\\) and lauch the executable file.

I have only been using it for a few minutes but seems pretty nice. I have two memory cards and it has always been a pain to view both with the built in file explorer. explorer ce allows you to hop to different folders, cards, files whatever. Sweet.
