Installation:
- Install the .NET Compact Framework 2.0 on your mobile device.
- Download and copy the CAB to any location on your mobile device. Tap the CAB on your device to start the Weather Watcher installation program.

- FIXED: "Snow accumulating to x to x inches" was not being converted properly in the detailed forecast when using a precipitation conversion other than inches.

- CHANGED: When switching cities from "Menu" --> "Change Active City...", Weather Watcher will load the last downloaded weather data for the selected location. If the "Automatically update forecasts when active city is changed" check box is checked in the "Cities" tab of the Weather Watcher Options, then the weather will automatically update instead of loading the last downloaded weather data.
