I saw that there was an official Phaser app released for the iPhone and that no such thing appeared to exist for Windows Mobile, so I taught myself to program and sorted it out! Full range of 16 settings are available (although sounds only differ between stun settings and kill settings) with output type descriptions at the bottom.

Known bug:
The deployment CAB will always install the app to the device, even if you tell it to install to the expansion card. This is because the sounds don't work otherwise. I'm working on this alongside additional features which will appear in version 2.0.
