Description:
NetHack is a single player dungeon exploration game that runs on a wide variety of computer systems, with a variety of graphical and text interfaces all using the same game engine.
You will enter Mazes of Menace in search of powerful Amulet of Yendor.
Your goal is to grab as much treasure as you can, retrieve the Amulet, and escape alive.
There are dozens of randomly generated levels, hundreds of monsters to fight, thousands of things to do plus the kitchen sink.
Each game presents a different landscape - the random number generator provides an essentially unlimited number of variations of the dungeon and its denizens to be discovered by the player in one of a number of characters: you can pick your race, your role, and your gender.

Both of my P/PCs run this extremely well, and they have never locked up. I checked the webpage and it states that it has updated the file and now the crashing is less often. If you still experience the crashing, I suggest installing on the PDA and moving your important files to a CF card for easier resetting. Great game. Qwerty, my tourist, is still going strong at level 23!

They just don't make games with as deep a story as this one anymore. It is one of the best pc games ever made, and is the best I've seen for Pocket PC.

It is a pretty fun game. I would have given it a (excellent) but it crashed a couple times. If you want to have a good excuse to waste time, download this.
