SmartIP is a freeware for Windows Mobile that shows IP information as country, city, latitude , longitude, area code, region name based on an IP address.
Unlike most of the databases, this one is very accurated with 97% of chance to return the correct information. The provider of this database is Maxmind. The best geoip location database i have seen so far.

Setting up the application:
Install the cab, execute the application. Uncompress the database ,locate the GeoLiteCity.dat ! Now you are ready to search.
