This software seems to work accturately, (at least to the second). I have had no software issues with the item and it has all the necessary functions. My only complaint is that the stop and start buttons are small, as is the timing. Otherwise, a great free piece of software!

Works good with me as well. Other person must have a hardware problem. Seems to have everything I need.

Works perfectly fine for me. I tested the timeing accuracy against my computer clock as well as a analog clock and both were accurate within 3/100 of a second but even that small error could just be due to reaction time for me switching from looking at PC to looking at the PDA...so it's a great program for pocket pc neways

The screen looks cool, but accuracy is not it's strong point. Perhaps it's because it's lagging behind on the 1/100 second screen refresh, but I found that after 1 minute of real time, only 45 seconds had elapsed on this software. It took about 1min:25seconds to countdown one minute of time. It could also be a combination of my hardware and this software.
