Features:

Nice program but Japanese-only Options menus are totally unusable. This Today plugin is similar to Sun'n'Moon (and equally accurate) but with the addition of a nice big clock display and a useful graphical representation of day/night and moonlight hours. However it lacks Sun'n'Moon's ability to switch between multiple locations and isn't as compact. There appear to be options to invoke programs by clicking the display or perhaps automatically at certain times such as sunrise, but I'm guessing here because unfortunately the options dialogue is in Japanese only, and worse than that the letters render as squares on my machine so the options section is totally incomprehensible. Nevertheless in its default mode the plugin does work ok.
